Why this is the answer
Each state is divided into congressional districts, and each district elects one member of the House of Representatives. The answer is the name of the representative for the district where you live; the House website, house.gov, lists it. If you live in a territory with a nonvoting delegate or resident commissioner, you may give that person's name, or say that the territory has no voting representative in Congress.
