Why this is the answer
This question is about everyone living in the United States, not only citizens, and you have to name two. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights extend many protections to all people here, among them freedom of expression, freedom of religion, freedom of speech and the right to bear arms; freedom of assembly and the freedom to petition the government are also accepted. The other half of the arrangement is that everyone living here shares many of the same duties as citizens, such as paying taxes and obeying the laws. Compare this with the previous question: voting in federal elections is a citizens-only right and does not belong on this list.
